Our Home Inspections
What’s Inspected
We base our inspections off of the world’s best standards of practice. We follow and exceed the Florida SOP, and we are InterNACHI Certified Professional Home Inspectors.
Our home inspections are anything but “standard”. We scour your home, getting into areas that other inspectors shy away from.
We inspect literally hundreds of items and parts of your home. We not only cover the major items, but all the “smaller” items where defects can hide.
We also use infrared on all of our inspections – all to protect you and your investment.

Infrared Scan Included with Every Home Inspection
My infrared camera allows me to see things that other inspectors can’t. That’s why I use Thermal Imaging on every inspection.
Why Thermal Imaging?
I utilize thermal imaging on all of our home inspections. Thermal imaging gives us insight into your home that other home inspectors miss.
Utilizing our professional equipment, we are able to identify electrical issues, leaks, missing insulation, and even framing issues at times.
While infrared cannot see through walls, it allows us to find more issues that other inspectors miss.
This is important to us as your home inspectors – as we care deeply about protecting you and giving you the most accurate information possible.
So whether you are buying or selling a home, be sure to use a home inspector who gives you the best information possible by using infrared to find defects that would otherwise be missed with the naked eye.
